چکیده
The quality assessment and grading of agricultural products is one the post-harvest activities that has received considerable attention due to growing demand for healthy better-quality products. Recently, various non-destructive methods have been used evaluate products, which are very desirable faster more economical than destructive methods. Optical most important use high speed light detection computer data processing able classification with accuracy. Among optical methods, visible–near-infrared (Vis/NIR) spectroscopy considered accurate In this research, Vis/NIR technology was in spectral range 350–1150 nm some parameters including pH, TA, SSC, TP two varieties Red Delicious Golden apples. Various pre-processing models were developed predict parameters, brought desired results accuracy so pH prediction yellow apples (RMSEC = 0.009, rc 0.991, SDR 2.51) red 0.005, 0.998, 2.56). TA also 0.003, 0.996, 0.001, 2.81) regarding SSC 0.209, 0.990 2.82) 0.054, 2.67 0.999). addition, TP, 0.2, 0.989, 2.05) 1.457, 1.61). obtained indicate mentioned by visible/infrared spectroscopic technology.

prediction of some quality properties of grape fruit (cv. bidaneh ghermez) using non- destructive near infrared spectroscopy
various destructive and non-destructive methods are used to measure the maturity and internal quality parameters of fruits. destructive methods often consume time and are costly. in this study, the ability of near infrared spectroscopy for prediction of the quality properties such as soluble solids content, titratable acid, ph, total phenol and extract anthocyanin of 'bidaneh ghermez'...
متن کاملNon-destructive dating of fiber-based gelatin silver prints using near-infrared spectroscopy and multivariate analysis.
An innovative approach to date fiber-based gelatin silver prints using near-infrared spectroscopy (NIR) and multivariate analysis is presented. NIR spectra were acquired for 152 film stills printed in the USA between 1914 and 1986, and partial least square (PLS) analysis was used to correlate the spectra with the year the photographs were printed. Principal component analysis and spectral inter...
متن کاملNondestructive Firmness Estimation of Tomato Fruit Using Near-Infrared Spectroscopy
Today, nondestructive methods are widely used to determine the quality of agricultural products. Meanwhile, visible and near-infrared (Vis/NIR) spectroscopy is regarded as one of the most widely used methods in the field of quality assessment of agricultural products. In this study, a system was developed to measure the Vis/NIR spectra of tomato fruit samples in the half-transmittance mode of m...
متن کاملDetermination of Protein and Moisture in Fishmeal by Near-Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy and Multivariate Regression Based on Partial Least Squares
The potential of Near Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy (NIRS) as a fast method to predict the Crude Protein (CP) and Moisture (M) content in fishmeal by scanning spectra between 1000 and 2500 nm using multivariate regression technique based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) was evaluated. The coefficient of determination in calibration (R2C) and Standard Error of Calibra...
